Agencies and consultancies
An agreed project.
An understandable start.
A new client project needs agreed ordinary setup details and internal owners; missing asset or review-date information can remain scattered.
An illustrative handoff
- 01
An approved project-start form is received.
- 02
An agreed checklist is created in the tracker.
- 03
The lead can see owners, assets and review dates.
- 04
Unresolved items stay open for a person.
Hypothetical process, not a deployed customer system.
Organise the work.
Leave judgement visible.
The useful handoff is from an agreed start to a clear internal checklist. A project can have an owner and a date while still missing a key asset. That state should be explicit. The checklist documents readiness under agreed rules; it does not create or interpret a client contract.
Create a checklist from one approved onboarding input and flag absent project materials.

Information required
Project reference, approved checklist, named owner and permitted non-sensitive setup fields.
Only agreed and authorised fields belong in the connection. We establish identifiers, field types, owners and the expected volume during feasibility. Do not send private sample records in an initial email.
The human decision
The project lead approves scope, client commitments and completion of setup.
The same project reference arriving again should not create another checklist. An asset link that has not been provided should stay missing. A completed form does not establish approval for new scope, account provisioning or external commitments.
Start with
the actual process.
- What has to exist before delivery can begin?
- Who can waive or change a checklist requirement?
- How do revisions to a checklist affect an existing project?
An existing system or a better checklist may already handle the need. We do not assume that a visible enquiry form or a manual step establishes a commercial problem.

Only if it fits.
A narrow version may fit the £450 starter pilot after intended-tool feasibility: one input, one existing tracker and at most two approved app connections. The fee is not a sector-wide implementation package. Several channels, bespoke planning, data migrations and wider reporting require separate scope.
