How information is handled when you visit WorkPassage or email about a workflow.

Visiting and trying the example
We do not add analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or embedded third-party widgets. Fonts, scripts and illustrations are served with the site. The interactive examples use fictional data and fixed rules in your browser. They have no live connections, send nothing and do not use browser storage.
OpenAI Sites hosts the website using Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting the site involves technical request information, which can include an IP address, browser information and requested page. Hosting security or access controls may operate separately from the page. We use this information for our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure website.
Email enquiries
Email links open your chosen email service. If you send an enquiry, we receive your email address, any name you provide and your message through IONOS. We use these to respond, assess whether the service fits and discuss a possible project. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries; where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we also rely on those pre-contract steps.
Providing an initial outline is optional, but we need a reply address and enough information to understand your enquiry to respond meaningfully. Please do not send passwords, identity documents, private customer records or sensitive attachments in an initial enquiry.
Providers and project information
Our email and website providers process information needed to deliver their services. Their infrastructure and operations may be outside the UK. Request further details about the applicable provider arrangements and any relevant safeguards at hello@workpassage.co.uk. Provider information is available from IONOS and Cloudflare; these notices explain their own processing and do not replace this notice.
We do not sell enquiry details. Access to client systems, connected tools, any AI processing and project data handling must be agreed in writing before implementation. The public examples do not make decisions about people or profile visitors.
How long information is kept
We review enquiries six months after the last substantive contact and delete correspondence that is no longer needed. We may retain relevant correspondence for an ongoing discussion, agreed project, accounting obligation or dispute; retention then depends on that purpose and applicable requirements. This is a manual review policy, not an automated deletion feature. Project-specific access, retention and deletion arrangements belong in the agreed scope.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access or correct your information, or request erasure, restriction or portability where those rights apply. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@workpassage.co.uk with enough context to locate your correspondence; we may need proportionate verification before disclosing information.
You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contacting us first gives us an opportunity to resolve it.
