The starter pilot
One workflow.
A clear agreement.
A bounded first project. We check the fit in your intended tools, then agree the scope, acceptance cases and delivery date before you commit.
£225 after feasibility and written scope.
£225 on agreed acceptance.
A practical handoff,
not a platform rebuild.
- One agreed ordinary business input.
- One existing tracker or spreadsheet.
- At most two approved application connections.
- Agreed field mapping, owner and next-action rules.
- Duplicate handling and a human-reviewed exception queue.
- Internal follow-up drafts; no autonomous sending.
- Execution and error logging.
- Agreed export and recovery procedure.
- A usable handover and one revision to the agreed workflow.
- Seven calendar days after handover to fix failures against the written acceptance cases.
Prove the connection.
Agree the boundary.
We first walk through a recent example and reproduce the intended normal and exception cases with authorised samples. Access, field types, retry behaviour, approval controls and recovery all matter. An offline illustration is not evidence that a particular application connection is ready.
If the approach cannot be delivered within the proposed scope, we do not sell that scope. There is no five-day delivery guarantee; we agree a date after the assessment.
Acceptance is explicit
- Every agreed input is accounted for.
- Identical retries do not create duplicate jobs.
- Conflicting IDs are flagged rather than silently overwritten.
- Missing or ambiguous fields reach the designated reviewer.
- External follow-up stays under human control.
- Errors, recovery and operation are visible to your team.
No surprise
second project.
The fixed project fee is £450 total. WorkPassage is not VAT registered and no VAT is charged. A £225 deposit is due only after intended-tool feasibility and written scope; the remaining £225 is due on agreed acceptance. We agree payment dates, changes and cancellation arrangements in the written scope before commitment.
New requirements, extra workflows and ongoing maintenance are separately scoped. The seven-day fix period concerns failures against the agreed cases, not unlimited new functionality. We never purchase a subscription on your behalf without agreement.

Clear exclusions.
This pilot does not cover CV processing, candidate assessment, health or credit decisions, general sensitive-data processing, legal interpretation, automatic pricing or autonomous external messages. It is not a new CRM, a multi-source analytics platform or a promise of unlimited integrations.
We make no guaranteed savings, revenue, accuracy or AI-capability claim. A useful connection can be rules-based; an AI component is considered only where a specific purpose and review boundary justify it.
